Ruben was great! I highly recommend. I called around 8:30 am about my car not being able to start. He had it fixed before lunchtime. He initially recommended it could be the battery. He came tested the battery, alternator, and starter. It was the starter, which he fixed right away. The car starts fine now. He was promoted, great customer service, and very reasonable price wise! Would highly recommend
Wasted my time. Never returned any call or text. If you don't want to do the job because it is not easy, just say it.

As life would have it when I returned from a business trip I came home to find my battery dead. I started doing some research on the battery and then made some calls to check on getting it replaced. As others have mentioned, poor communication. He came to see my car and diagnose the issue on Saturday morning. He determined what part was needed and said he would go get the part and come back in an hour and a half. It's now Monday evening and he has not yet come back. Maybe he meant a day and a half.
