I'm new to Charlotte and needed an alternator replacement. I took a chance because I wasn't familiar with anyone in the area. I called him and he came to my home within 30 mins. This is my 2nd time using D and he has always been reliable and goes the extra mile to get the job done I ordered the wrong parts for my car he went the extra mile and returned and exchanged the parts for me to get the job done will definitely be using him again
This boy doesn’t have any mechanic skills. He can change a battery easy, but can’t do manual work like a real mechanic. Not only did he show up with loud music playing at 10 in the morning, he lied and said he was going to come back and do some work that needed to be done and never showed after multiple attempts to contact him. I would rather go to a real shop than to have the convenience of this mechanic.
Needed a Starter installed. It was raining, but he came as quick as he could. Every move he made was like muscle memory. Instinctive. Like he's been doing it for 10,000 years. Long story short.
