Exquisite service from Ray. He drove over to Gordon Park promptly after a 0730 call and was instantly able to diagnose my failing alternator. Quiet, focused worker, asking questions when required. Diligently explained to me what the issue was, why it matters and how to fix it. Very genuine man. Thanks Ray. If I ever get stuck again, I'll be calling you. :)

I cannot recommend Ray highly enough. When my husbands 4WD wouldn’t turn over, RACQ suggested a faulty alternator. It was going to take weeks for a booking with a mechanic so Ray stepped in. He charged the battery overnight and rules it out, tracked down a persistent clicking sound in the dash that was draining the battery and pointed us to an auto electrician who fixed it all. Ray was professional, perceptive and extremely skilled. He saved us time, money and frustration. Thanks Ray

Fantastic service. Helped me diagnose a problem with my car over the phone gave me solutions and they worked. Honest man recommended other specialists that could also help so you know he cares about fixing the problem above all else. If you need help with you car this is the man for you.
