The mobile mechanic came in and was great with identifying the issue of what was wrong with my vehicle. He came in around 7pm, left around 7:50pm. He charged $120 + tax to look at my car. (Which was fair). After determining the issue decided the car needed new parts. Took an $80 deposit to order new parts. Provided no quote for how much the parts would approximately cost. These guys are also known as Phantom Car And Tire. The address listed on here is fake and their hours of operation are fake as well. These positive reviews are most likely from their friends and family members and fake. I called these guys a few times to get a quote and their address to meet up. It took a couple of calls for the person to finally text me their address at the Big Rig Truck Yard. When I got there, he didn't answer his phone. Then I left. Very unreliable people! I had an appointment with them around 9 am, they didn't show up neither did they call to tell me why they weren't showing up. I called them at almost 10 am and I was told they were going to come. I waited the whole day with calls in between of which one of my calls to them was even declined. They called back after 5 pm telling me they were going to come but still never showed up. Would have been better off looking for reliable mechanics than believing their words!
