Daniel told me he would be out to take care of a repair. Talked to him and he said he would be there. In the afternoon, I tried to call to confirm and he did not answer. Needless to say, he was a NO SHOW for the repair! Very poor communication and service.
I called today at noon and although he was busy, he fit us in because we could not appropriately replace our brake pads. We tried ourselves, and it did not work. Three hours later he showed up and helped us out and I am so grateful we need this car for work.
