Hired Brandon to change my alternator as I was stranded on the side of the road traveling from Ky to Florida. Guy showed up went straight to work and done it all in less than 30 mins. I have been around mechanics my whole life and even do my own mechanics most of the time and this guy really impressed me. Such a nice guy and knows exactly what He is doing. He deserves 10 stars!!!!

Was communicating with this Mechanic for a few days, I let him know that my part had arrived and he was like I’ll be there to knock it out. I guess he didn’t realize how hard the job probably was. He just left my hood up my brand new part outside my keys outside told me that he needed a tool and he’ll be back after an hour went by a text. I called no response very unprofessional. He gave me a false diagnosis and has been ignoring for several days. Told me to replace fuel pump. I spent $300 on a new pump. I replaced what he said to replace and my car still won’t drive. He won’t answer the phone. I’ve been reaching out for 3 days being ignored. I just want a real answer or a refund for the diagnostic I paid for. Not understanding why this guy is doing bad business.
