Michael Ferguson is one of the best, skilled, prompt, communicative, and helpful mechanics I have ever met. Maybe like some with you I like driving an old car around town. Mine is a 1996 Toyota Avalon. It failed inspection due to bad struts. Michael could not find the struts locally and found them online with a reputable company he likes. He ordered them for me and put them in the parts and labor part of the invoice. He showed up on time and Installed the struts with attention to the cleanliness of our driveway. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I called Mike to see he could replace a window motor for me. He said he could and could be here in an hour. He came promptly and had the work done in an hour. He is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him.
Radiator hose blew up and was stuck at a rest stop on I40 east bound. Came within the hour and had me back on the road and assured that I would make it back home 6 hours to Ohio. Made it home just fine. A real honest guy, southern hospitality at its finest.
My battery died and he came out to my house to replace it for me. He also tightened my loose belt. He's very friendly and helpful! I'd definitely call him again :)
