Very disappointed. We made sure we were proactive in finding a company to service our boat since we are not going to be around for October. They committed to service my boat only to get a call stating they can no longer do it leaving me to scramble with little time…and no you did not give me time to find another supplier. Very presumptuous of you to think you know my family’s schedule and obligations. I’m sure they do good work but this is not a nice thing to do to people who counted on you.
