I don't know what happens with him. One minute he is talking then he falls silent. We have tried to be patient after a Summer of no shows and then not answering calls because when he does show he seems to do good work. The last straw was when he winterized our boat and jet skis and said he offered free re-opening if he does the winterizing and although we still offered to pay him something for opening it up he goes silent! Never answers his phone, responds to texts or shows up when he is supposed to. Find another option.
I called Mark because the bilge pump on my boat wasn't working. He came out within a few hours and addressed the issue and now I have a working pump. He was very professional and explained to me in detail what was going on. I will be using him again if any issues.
