Absolutely efficient and communicated effectively worked to identify the issue in a timely manner. Amazing. Jon was great and loved connecting about life as well. Thankful that he was a call and a book away highly recommend him for any engine troubles or water issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about leaving it much better than he found it and will hold to his word. Even went in the water and swam around to help get our engine up and running. This is the guy to call. 10/10
John is a great mechanic and an all-around good guy. He showed up right on time and thoroughly went over my Evinrude 150. He took the time to help me diagnose the issues, explained what to look for, and pointed me in the right direction on what needed attention. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. I highly recommend Bailey for any type of boat service or repair. If you’re looking for someone dependable who knows what he’s doing, he’s the guy to call. Thanks again for the excellent servi... read more
Jon is great. My gas gauge started showing empty despite a full tank. Jon got me into the schedule right away, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue (and another one I just discovered), and spent extra time helping me understand the workings of my motor, electrical system, and bilge. He went far beyond what was necessary to give me great service, and he did so at a reasonable price. It's hard to find good people to work with, so Jon's a rare gem. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough good things about Jon. Even though I haven’t spent a dime with him yet, he has been incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He has gone above and beyond to help me diagnose some issues I’ve been having with my boat, always responding quickly and offering thoughtful guidance throughout the troubleshooting process. Jon has even been willing to come take a look at the boat in person, which speaks volumes about his commitment to helping people. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, honest, an... read more
Absolutely phenomenal service! It is such a treat to find a mechanic who is this professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Jon came right to my location fully equipped and went straight to work replacing the spark plugs and handling a few other key maintenance items. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Further, he was able to discuss the issues in plain English so I could understand. He explained it very clearly and took his time to answer all my questions in a personal and professional manner. Jo... read more
