Seriously the best day I’ve ever spent with a mechanic, hands down! Jon came a “wee bit” far to see my new-used boat. Honestly, I have never owned a boat (but I’ve had jet skis, dirt bikes, etc.). To be honest, I hadn’t even heard it run yet, so I was super anxious waiting on Jon to arrive! He arrived early and right off the bat started educating me on everything I needed to know upfront with the batteries, bilge pump, trimming the motor, what all the switches operated, and the laws! etc. Oh and the battery switch! If I could leave 100 stars I would. You do not find amazing people like Jon anymore. He truly cares about his customers, even the ones he hasn’t met yet. I called Jon to get service done on my boat that I had attempted myself first and couldn’t fully figure out. Jon mentioned that he was booked for a couple of weeks but went out of his way to help me over the phone with step by step instructions on what to do. Life got busy and we didn’t get to winterize our boat last year & John came in and saved the day - and our boat. Literally. Sounds better now than when we got it off the show room floor. Very happy to be back on the water this summer knowing she’s safe! Thanks! :)
Jon did a great job winterizing our boat! He was also very proactive with helping fix another issue that was unknown to us. He is quick and very efficient! We will use him for all our future boating needs! :)
