Everyone in the shop is extremely nice and helpful. They are good to buy parts from. I had an issue with my boat after I had some service done... I was contacted by the owner and had a good chat with him about my issues. He had an open ear. Listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make it right. That made a huge difference for me compared to other shops. Thanks Josh.
They are good to buy parts from... I would be careful taking your boat to them. I asked for my impeller to be changed on my outboard. They said they "inspected" it and it dident need replacing...... It's worn out and not pumping enough water. I don't know who goes through all the labour of dropping the gearcase and not changing a $40 wear item that the customer asked to be changed. And then charging them for it. Also channel lock marks on the nuts holding the lower unit on....really? You guys don't have the proper sized wren... read more
Our jet boat sucked in tubing rope … what a headache. We called Mobile Marine Yamaha and had the pleasure with speaking to Cathy. Cathy was able to get us in right away and our boat was fixed within a week. We got to enjoy our weekends on the water! Thank you Cathy and team for your professionalism and a quick turnaround.
I had my 10 year old seadoo in to have a few deep gouges in the gelcoat onthe bottom repaired. Because of the location of the damage I wasn’t requiring the repair to be perfect , but I have to say that it was nearly perfect. I could not be more satisfied by the customer service of Emily and the team at Mobile Marine in Huntsville ON. Thanks Mike Prong
