I called about my tire that had a slow leak, and instead of answering the phone they end the call and send me a text saying to text them back because they are busy with another customer. Two hours later they responded to my text asking what kind of car and tire size. I responded with I just need my tire patched and I’m not far from your location. Scammy and dishonest — avoid at all costs. I called this company for help with a flat tire and was quoted $200 to replace it. When they arrived, they tried to install a used tire without telling me upfront. I confronted them, and they dropped the price to $150, claiming it was “used like new.” I drove the car home and by the next morning, I had another issue, tire was flat again. It’s been nearly 2 hours waiting for a 40 minute estimated time. The first call you lied and said you were on your way in traffic. I asked for an ETA and the woman actually says “we don’t have an ETA” at which time I called BS and told you Google and Waze have ETAs at which point you asked Thomas and he said “about an hour”.
