I contacted MMM because of a flat tire. James responded in a timely manner by asking for necessary information. After quoting a price & accepting, he provided an ETA & arrived within that timeframe. James is professional & knowledgeable of what he’s doing. He informed me on every task he was completing as well as providing suggestions for future services. James had me back rolling quickly & I was able to attend an event immediately after. I highly recommend him for mobile services & I will utilize his services in the future.

James was very knowledgeable and attentive to the issues with my car! It’s an older model vehicle so I had my own opinions. But I called booked the appointment for next day and he was done less than an hour! Would highly recommend!

do not recommend at nighttime. Supposed to be “24 hours open” but when I called he didn’t answer the first time and so I started looking for another company to call and he called back seconds later and only said 2 words, “Mobile Mechanic”. Before I could tell him what I needed, he hung the phone up on me. All I got to say was “hi I am just calling to see the price-“ and boom! I would strongly advise anyone against using this mobile mechanic. I paid James to replace the upper and lower control arms on my car, and the work was dangerously careless. He installed bolts backwards, took apart my entire front end, and failed to properly tighten critical components. After checking the work myself, I found multiple things loose that could have caused a serious accident. Even the axle nut was left loose and not properly tightened back up. I was desperate! He showed up. Fast, great job, very reasonable pricing considering I needed it fixed now! Replaced lower radiator hose that I couldn't get too. Strongly recommend!
