James was very fast and professional I was worried at first taking my car to anyone but Benz however James was just what I needed he was 1/2 the price of the dealership and the quality was just as good if not better 10/10 if you’re in a bind and can’t get to the shop this mobile service I definitely recommended
Quoted $650 …charged $950 and didn’t fix the problem! Called him back to actually fix it and AGAIN (one day later) still having the same issue! Called a third time and now he is “on vacation” -and says no refunds! My kid has NO car to drive- just WEEKS of “run around”! Save your money and do NOT use this guy!
James has done repairs and maintenance on my Scion Xb for almost three years now. The first time he came out was in the middle of the pandemic, I needed a light repaired before heading to NY to help the family and all the commercial shops were booked for weeks. He came out within a couple days, fixed the light and checked out everything so I could get to NY safely. Since then he has performed maintenance and repairs a few times. I’m not sure how to start with this review and it will be a long one because so many things happened here. I told James I had a Toyota Hybrid Prius that it turned off if he could take it look his reply was yes, my diagnosis cost $150 and so would be there in 20 min.
