James has done repairs and maintenance on my Scion Xb for almost three years now. The first time he came out was in the middle of the pandemic, I needed a light repaired before heading to NY to help the family and all the commercial shops were booked for weeks. I’m not sure how to start with this review and it will be a long one because so many things happened here. I told James I had a Toyota Hybrid Prius that it turned off if he could take it look his reply was yes, my diagnosis cost $150 and so would be there in 20 min. Where do I start!! James gave excellent service in an emergency situation. I drive across North Carolina for my job. My car has started having issues at one of my locations. Without hesitation he met me there. And repaired what he could. He realized that there was another issue that would fix my ultimate issue. We schedule for the next day, to get the other part fixed. Very polite professional knowledgeable and reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend this mechanic!!!
