Excellent experience with Shawn and his staff. Quality work, fair pricing, speedy service. Fixed our RV dash A/C to better than it had ever been before, including 2 previous "repairs" done at other facilities. Fixed our leaking leveler hydraulic line; 1st time we could actually use them. Fixed our hood alignment and locking after another facility did not. Installed new house batteries with new tie-down brackets, and found a leaking heater valve that they also repaired. I want to start out by saying I was referred to Thermal Truck and RV repair by Plaza Towing. I spoke to Ron at Thermal Truck and RV regarding my issues about having warning lights on my dashboard stating very low DEF warning, which was not the case .The DEF tank was 3/4 full and I was able to make it to my destination safely. He stated he could have a service technician come out to my location the next morning to diagnose my problem and possibly make the repairs needed.
