Let me start this review by saying that over the past year and a half I have been stretching myself thin trying my best to find a home..time and time again SOMETHING would go wrong and I would end up high and dry.. Mike was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with title issues in the mobile home industry.
I sold my home through Mobile Loan Specialist in 2019 and I got $3000 more than I originally paid for the house and sold it in 2 days. I then purchased another house from him that was very reasonably priced and in good condition I was very happy with the owners Mike Kemeter and Jeanette Auburn.
Jeannette made this transaction go super smoothly. I literally forgot I was in the middle of a transaction! I will refer all my clients who are purchasing mobile homes to her!!
