It’s a pleasant family mobile home park. Clean, quiet, space rent is in the lower end compared to other parks in San Dimas. Relaxed house rules. Little to no vacancies. Beautiful variety of plants and trees in the common areas maintained by park management as well as in most the spaces maintained by the residents themselves.
