I've never saved more money thanks to a warranty in my life. They always keep their end of the warranty no matter how many times I break the screen protector, case, or even once the screen itself. Always top notch service too. When I got my screen fixed, somehow they also made phone work way better, don't know how they did that, but I'm very greatful.

This place is terrible. I have a one year warranty for physical front damage only. So I go to the store and ask them to get it fixed as she is trying to tell me that she cannot fix it then soons calls it an "acceptation” even though that’s what the warranty plan covers. I later on have my sister pick up the phone for me later on and she tries to tell them that I cannot get my phone fixed anymore violating my warranty plan cutting my time from 1 year to 9 months which makes no sense and I tell her that and she tries to switch... read more
