Just go blindly. They have a lady technician who are rare to find these days. She’s very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue even before touching the device, then easily proved it to me in a minute. She answered all the questions promptly and provided the best both technical and costumer service.
They are very honest, I reached out with a charging issue on my iPhone and they didn't even charge me for the cleaning. I love them!
Amazing service! I had problems with my speaker and told by apple services I will need an appointment and pay a fee even if it’s just a clean for the speaker. I came to mobile Klinik and explained my problem, within 5 minutes my top speaker was clean and the sound was working- and that didn’t even changed me for the service. Amazing and fast service, and a very nice stuff! Very recommended!
We took our phone that had an ocean damage and we didn’t know if it could be fixed….but the lady that helped us recovered everything and we love her!!! Very good customer service, 100% recommended! Muchas gracias!
