I got a new cell phone n I couldn't work it. Went to Mobile Klinik at Walmart Regent Mall N these guys where awesome. They answered all my questions n fixed my phone problems. They where very polite n I was a very happy customer. I didn't feel intimidated at all. I would recommend them to anyone. N
I had a confirmed appointment, so I drove in over an hour and took the day off work expecting to have my phone fixed only to be turned away with an "I'm sorry, we have none of those parts available." after I had specified in the email exactly what kind of phone and colour I had which was confirmed as available in an email. I was not impressed, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps if you make an over-the-phone appointment they would be more reliable.
