Google help referred me to this store for warranty service. Don't waste your time they gave me a piece of paper and said I will be contacted by Google directly. Nothing what was I thinking. Added after company response. Still nothing and the scam is they offer to have you buy a new phone and you will be reimbursed later. If you do not buy nothing is submitted. Google needs to remove them. Still waiting for a response? Started the process in July??

I was told to call the store to check if the required parts are available, unfortunately this seems to be impossible as they never answer the phone as far as I can tell. I've been trying to get through for days.
A total waste of time. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, but the employee working didn't even acknowledge it or the confirmation email sent by her coworker. There was no technician on site to perform the repair. Instead, she simply told me that despite my appointment, I would have to go to a different location or ship my phone out to get it fixed. Then what is the point making an appointment?
