V. was lovely. Calm when I was off the wall worried about my iPhone (I'd never buy another one). Got it up and running in less than 3 mins, when I had been on the phone with Apple for an hour and they couldn't figure it out. The reason I took 2 points off is because she sold me a WiFi charger that mostly worked in the store, but wouldn't work at home. Not her fault, I read lots of negative reviews on various WiFi chargers, so I suspect it can be hit or miss. I'm going back for my refund, and may buy a phone. They have a year... read more
