Good, quick service. My phone wasn't charging and I took it for service, it looks like the charging port needed to be rid of all the pocket lint lol
The phone repair was great in store.... Purchasing anything online from them is a nightmare!! attempted to purchase a screen protector and case, they cancelled my order and still charged my card, then told me id get a refund which has not happened: its been 4 days. their customer service is horrible, They hung up on me 3 times when I called the only phone line they have - there is no complaint department or manager to talk to according to the people at the call center.
