Took my phone in as my screen just stopped working. They had to take it out to the Sherwood Park location to fix it and I had it back the next day. Awesome service. The staff was amazing.
Came here last year to get my screen replaced which was still under warranty. The part was backordered and it never ended up coming in. Called numerous times for an update as the warranty was going to expire and they kept telling me it was back ordered and there was nothing they could do. This was ongoing for months until my warranty expired. They left me hanging with no solution.
