Amazing customer service. Went there thinking it was my battery in my cell phone they changed it and it still wasn’t working when I went to pick it up I figured I’d have a charge of some sort for the service and I wasn’t charged at all.
My husband brought his damaged iphone 16 in for repair. The website stated they could fix any make and model which is a lie. It took them over two weeks to try and repair it but in the end they couldn't, nor did they bother to call and offer the broken phone back. We ended up online ordering a refurbished older model iphone from them to use while waiting and the phone works fine other than the battery depleting quickly.
