I visited this store because my iPhone got water-damaged. As an international student, my English isn’t very fluent, and since I’m not yet used to living here, I was really anxious about the situation. However, the staff kindly assisted me using a translation app and explained everything carefully. In the end, my water-damaged iPhone couldn’t be saved, but they offered me a high-quality used iPhone at a very reasonable price. I had a problem with my charging port. I took my phone in, they cleaned it out and it works fine now. No charge! I am definitely coming back to the Dufferin location. The service person was very polite and helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you
I went to mobile Klink Hudson Bay location which is corporate store and ran by Mobileklink for my pixel 8 display replacement and while replacement something went wrong with proximity sensor, so it stopped working after fitting back the adhesive.However, they suggested me to visit any other Mobileklink store, and that made me went to Mobileklink's Dufferin mall location which is also operated by same corporatio. I literally walked in and they fixed my phone in 2 minutes top and didn’t charge me! Amazing service! Thank you
This was our second visit to this location, and definitely not our last! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Excellent customer service and truly kind people. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!
