Great service!
I'm very happy with the quality of service at this Mobile Klinik. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. They are an Authorized Samsung Service Centre and were able to replace the cracked camera lens on my phone in a couple of hours and provided a 1 year warranty. I will definitely use them again for any future phone issues.
I already provided my phone model and the part to be repaired when making an appointment. Then why are they telling me they can't fix the phone on the appointment day that I booked a week ago due to lack of supply. So unprofessional
Great customer service. They've helped me twice so far and I highly recommend them. This time Mohammed assisted me and he was very kind and professional.
Davian was a Good send. He was very professional along with his colleague. He went above and beyond to explain all rules and regulations to me and mine. He took great care to apply discount codes and care for my phone diligently. My phone is working great now that the screen is changed. He also helped me set up the warranty for the new screen. Would definitely recommend this store and it's personnel.
