We received absolutely outstanding service here. The customer service rep went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even staying past closing without us feeling any sense of rush.
I brought my phone in thinking that I needed to replace the battery. The staff ran an analysis and assured me that the battery was still working within specified performance parameters. A new battery would make only a marginal improvement that wouldn't be worth the cost. I offered to pay for the analysis but they said no. There was no cost, no upsell, no unnecessary work done. I'm now a big fan of Mobile Klinik.
