Friendly and knowlegable staff. Went in looking for a pre-owned phone and they had exactly what we needed.
Derek was EXTREMELY HELPFULL!! His customer service was top notch!!! I went in for simple replacement for a screen protector and he noticed/pointed out that my screen was cracked. Even though he did not replace the screen he told me how to go about using the warranty from my service provider and helped me with the process of doing so. If anyone has any issues with their phone I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DEREK!!! THANX AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! MUCHLY APPRICIATED!!!
