Sarkis is a TOP notch employee here. I went in looking to purchase a new phone and plan and he really took the time to explain everything honestly and clearly. He ended up spending around an hour on the phone with Telus to waive my sign on fee and gave me an extra credit on top of that. This is what customer service is all about. Very nice and patient person, would highly recommend him.
