They didn’t have a technician on site but the sales rep proceeded to tell me they were the technician. Instead of opening and inspecting my phones damaged just pushed the sales of a new phone. It’s okay to tell me the technician isn’t in and to return another day instead of attempting a conversion tactic. Please review policies and suggest new guidelines. Or create sales only stores and repair only shops so employees don’t feel pressured to make commissions.
Had a great experience at this Mobile Klinik. I came in with a swollen battery issue on my Samsung S23 Ultra, right after a frustrating visit to the official Samsung Service Centre at Scarborough Town Centre. There, I was told I’d have to wait 2–3 weeks for a battery replacement—with no guarantee that the phone would work properly afterward.
