Excellent costumer service
My Samsung phone got wet on my vacation. I came in to check to make sure that it was ok, and the staff was very helpful and professional. Excellent service! Would come back again for sure!
My phone would ring but the screen remained black such that I could not answer the call. A very sharp and personable young lady found a setting six levels down in the software that a recent Android update had turned off, reset it and my phone was working properly again. I would never have found this on my own, so a very big thanks to her and Markville Mall Mobile Klinik for this free in store check-up.
