I went to the Eaton Centre location to sell my used iPhone on Dec 28. It was close to 6 PM. There were three associates but no customer at the time. I approached a young guy that was closest to the counter and stated the purpose of my visit. He appeared to be new as any time I asked him something, he had to run to the female associate for answers. I did not get her name as she was not wearing a uniform.
