After an hours telus tech then 1/2 hour at store in Cambridge centre mall had was told my 2 month old S26 ultra would need to be sent out for repair. Tells store referee me to Mobile Klinik. I went In to see Amit he messed with setting said a factory reset should resolve my issue. I asked if he could do that , he did. 5 min of his time and I was on my. Wouldn't accept .money or even a coffee. Thank you AMIT.
not great service at all, there was a younger international man working at the counter who first off did not want to give me any of his time and was rude, I brought my phone in to get it fixed regarding water damage that I had previously booked an appointment for which apparently he couldn't find, nevertheless the store was not busy so he took my phone and i told him what was wrong and told him what i would like to try first to get it working (their website clearly states they do quotes and diags free of charge before starti... read more
I had a problem with my phone that I couldn't fix, so I visited this shop. The guy fixed it in 5 to 8 seconds and didn't charge me. I knew the place well because I had replaced my phone screen there a few years ago under warranty. Now, I only visit the Mobile Klinik at Cambridge Center Mall for my mobile repair needs. I recommend this location. Great service. I appreciate your help.
