My husband brought our tablet into this location because it wouldn’t turn on. Staff told him the screen was broken and needed to be replaced. However, when they returned it and claimed it was fixed, the tablet still wouldn’t turn on—the original issue was never resolved. While trying to get clarification, the staff kept speaking back and forth in a language my husband couldn’t understand. Booked an appointment online, explained my google pixel phone was in warranty and had a defective display (pink line in right side of display). I got a call explaining they needed to order in the part and it might not be available prior to my appointment. It turned out it was available and I dropped off my phone. They checked the phone for obvious damage, couldn't find any and proceeded with the in warranty repair.
