I was disappointed in my service at this location through my Google warranty. They did not call me when the phone was ready, no update was provided during the process and when I called they said the phone was ready. I went in to pick up the phone they had no invoice on any work that may have been done on the phone. When I requested a copy of what was done the nice sales person called someone else who let him know that my phone was not able to be fixed and I needed to contact Google again. HORRIBLE!!! I brought my phone in to repair water damage they said they could do it. I came back and the phone was ten times worse than when i brought it in. They told me that it was beyond repair and tried to sell me a new phone. When I said no and brought the phone home it was completely screwed up. I called them again and they just kept blaming me. I called apple and they said this stuff doesn't happen just due to water damage, it was an assembly issue (which was mobile kliniks error). So unless you want a totally screwed... read more
