Extremely rude on phone.
Extremely rude and refused to do the job they were paid for make customers drive out of Niagara because they claim they have parts and then tell you it's not there problem they don't have any parts available. Stay away if you want to know the job is done correctly

Had a great phone diagnostic experience with Rahim from Mobile Klinik today! I have been in a few times previously to resolve a microphone issue with my Google Pixel phone and the two previous employees that I spoke with prior to this visit did nothing to help. Rahim was quick, friendly, and solved the issue in under an hour. I really appreciate his customer service and would recommend going to him specifically.
