One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Lazy rude and inept. It should have been a red flag that after trying to call them multiple times, I gave up and came so they could painfully begrudgingly book me an appointment to fix a defect in my phone. In retrospect, it was clear they had no intention or ability to honoring that appointment, but let me come in without letting me know anyways - despite calling ahead to no answer and with no reply to the message I left.
