Went in today with my phone not able to open anything on my phone, Prabh was amazing and got my phone working and back to normal, this is the second time I have been to this store and they always help !!!

I was in a jam, dead phone, trying to activate two older phones to no avail.. I was in there for over 2 hrs, very patient, friendly and very upfront, honest.. ended buy a pre certified phone.. it was essential , need for my son's G7 sensor.. Very grateful for their assistance
Clearly my post has been deleted but with reply to the message I received. They treatment I got was not okay, closing the door on me asking for ID, talking to me from the crack of the door, but letting someone in of his skin Color walk in without asking him for ID, he should not be treating anyone different to skin Color if your policy is to card everyone, we card everyone, and on the specific day I went to seek help that wasn’t the case. I came all the way out here, and they would not let me physically in the store unless I showed ID which I did not have. I had to go all the way back to my home get my ID, only to be told they couldn't help me anyway. Your security protocol is silly. I won't be coming back to this store. Its cheaper and faster to just get a new phone anyway.
