These guys rock, plain and simple. We had a phone emergency, went to Mobile Klinik for help and Sukh, Daniel, Andrew, and Kamal all pitched in to go above and beyond to get us back in business. Literally. Would definitely recommend this Mobile Klinik to anyone needing repairs or even a new service.
I had a piece of a charging cord broken off in my phone. The staff were quick to assess it, removed it and ensured it was working properly before returning it to me. Great service - would highly recommend!
If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. Telus sent me to do an under warranty repair on my phone. Visit #1 4:50pm. He acknowledged the phone was under warranty, they had a battery, but they were closing at 7pm so they couldn't do it as it takes 2.5 hours. Visit #2 he said he didn't have a battery (2days later) Visit #3 they said I need proof of purchase from Telus, even though they could see on my phone it was me, it was under warranty, when the purchase date was, and my ID showed it is me I will go to a different store
I woke up and my phone screen was black but phone was still on and it would not turn off. I called a couple places and they told me I needed a new screen and told me the vosy would between $150-175. One place said they could not get the replacement parts for 5 day. When I called Mobile Klinik Freddy did troubleshooting with me over the phone and with his advice I was able to fix the phone. I brought in a tablet which I was having difficulty with and both gentlemen were friendly and helpful. They fixed my tablet in less than 10 minutes. Great service, highly recommend.
