I had an amazing experience at this location with Fatima and Sharan. Fatima was extremely patient and thorough in recommending plans, products and promotions. Sharan was extremely knowledgeable in terms of contracts, conditions and clauses with my current wireless provider. I genuinely appreciate the effort, time and expertise in assisting me with finding a device and a plan. Probably the best experiences acquiring a cell phone and provider. Excellent service! Yesterday, I booked an appointment for noon today. I arrived on time. The store has no customers. After learning why I was there, the tech who answered the door said I need to speak to the other tech. That technician never looked up. I stated again who I was and why I was there.
