Oscar is the real deal. Quick turnaround time. My MacBook pro was having battery issues. I brought it in late Wednesday and had it back Friday. I was treated with kindness and respect, things I've not often had from the Genius Bar. The price was a bit higher than it would be from apple but it was faster, friendlier, and I was treated like I was a valuable customer. It was worth the price for me.
Oscar was amazing fixing my frozen iPhone X. He was very responsive and quick and explained everything to me. My phone was damaged inside which he was able to repair. He saved me a lot of money and hassle! This was easier than going to the Apple Store. Thank you!!!
My experience with Oscar and Mobile Kangaroo was great across the board. My two thunderbolt 13 inch MacBook Pro stoped turning on so I took it in. It is my personal work computer so I needed it fixed ASAP. Oscar was knowledgeable and profesional. I was able to make an appointment to have my Mac brought in to be looked the same day. I heard back that evening what was wrong, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I was kept informed of the status of the repair and got it back in 1 week which included a holiday weekend. I wasn't expecting that and was so relieved I didn't have to wait any longer. They were helpful, nice, and personable.
