Joseph was extremely helpful in getting my water damage iPhone exchanged. I live out of town and Joseph was able to provide me with several options including Apple express replacement, for my convenience. I decided to leave my phone here for the week and return the following weekend to pick up instead. I had a very positive experience at Mobile Kangaroo and am grateful for the problem solving Joseph was willing to perform to get my data transferred from my old damaged phone.
Ipad pro with dead screen, Joseph was my tech and he was very informative. My Ipad was quickly replaced. Dropped off Friday and replacement was ready to pick up by Tuesday morning. So happy with customer service.
