3/7/2025 I called the guy he seemed great on the phone. Went in, gave me a gay vibe, then made getting the service difficult, and sort of shoved me off. Not a good place in my opinion. Maybe I'll try again in the future.
Customer service is good and helpful. I've had some tricky situations with my devices, really thought a couple of them were toast and tried everything to fix it myself, but it was rectified by Mobile Kangaroo's techs, with a decent price and timeline of repair. Ive been to this location a few times with different devices, some older and some still under warranty from Verizon, they paid the invoice. Don’t go here. Just go to apple. This is an unprofessional and janky store. My computer was returned to me with more problems than when I brought it in and Shawn yelled at me when I requested it be fixed by him. Their technology is from the 90s and the last thing you want is to have to deal with a worsened computer problem and a single employee yelling at you with no recourse from their corporate franchise.
