The young man repairer is outstanding, best service the chair has had, polite very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. But good luck in getting him out, Kate poor knowledge despite stating this is urgent i got the stood up and went through hell trying to order parts the week prior to Xmas fully paid for and then again stressing its urgent she refused to book it asap.
