I would highly recommend that you purchase your home from someone else other than this company. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION with them after they have your money. They ignore phone calls and do not return calls, they do not honor the dates that they give you as far as delivery goes and tries to brush the blame off on someone else. The office girls in the Lakeland office will tell you what you want to hear and then dispute that they told you that (Marilyn). Raymond, the sales rep, was polite when talking to him but he never got anything done. I filled out a finance application and Raymond said I would hear within three days. I gave it five days and left a message on USA Mobile's phone. After five more days and not hearing back I left another message. Never heard back from Raymond.
