I was in real need of a decent Cavco mobile home in Pomerene, Az. I did the usual search and found Mobile homes on Main with a recently ordered new Cavco with some $28,000. in addon's all for a cash price way below the build up price. We drove 2 1/2 hours to mesa and were walked through the cash purchase deal with a Mr. Sam Jones, a rather youngish man but upright in his dealings. Sam is the best. I’ve never seen someone with such patience. Over a month that we were purchasing a home, my wife was changing her mind daily and having me contact him to ask questions and make changes. We finally got the house she wanted and all the adjustments she wanted. This took a little over two hours of finalizing. Then we came to see Sam about a down payment. And she changed her mind again.
