I can probably say everything everyone else has said but the truth of the matter is I searched several different places for the home I bought from Sam. For the same home I was quoted up to 70 thousand dollars more than Sam. Sam produced the home in less time than he originally said and allowed me to pick out the colors of everything which he delivered perfectly. If you don't buy from Sam all I can say is good Luck. Sam you are the best.

I was in real need of a decent Cavco mobile home in Pomerene, Az. I did the usual search and found Mobile homes on Main with a recently ordered new Cavco with some $28,000. in addon's all for a cash price way below the build up price. We drove 2 1/2 hours to mesa and were walked through the cash purchase deal with a Mr. Sam Jones, a rather youngish man but upright in his dealings.
