Avoid if you actually want your Mobile Home Titles processed the Proper Way. Unprofessional and predatory billing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been dealing with this office since early February on a single file, and here we are in May—still not closed. The lack of urgency is staggering, but the billing is where it gets truly pathetic. Purchase a home and invoice date to monies that they received was on August 14, 2025 still waiting on a title they claim that DMV has not processed it but that sounds strange as they’ve told me this on two other occasions they do not communicate very well, and I definitely would not recommend them for mobile homes commercial or residential services! We are now over 2 months since they've been paid, waiting for our titles to be transfered. Then we'll be waiting again for them to be retired. All they say is, "you don't understand". The fact is, we do understand. My husband was in the car business for YEARS. He and I did title work at least every week. After checking with the tag office, we were informed that the transfer is no different, and to retire a title is pretty much the same as surrendering a car title.
