We are now over 2 months since they've been paid, waiting for our titles to be transfered. Then we'll be waiting again for them to be retired. All they say is, "you don't understand". The fact is, we do understand. My husband was in the car business for YEARS. He and I did title work at least every week. After checking with the tag office, we were informed that the transfer is no different, and to retire a title is pretty much the same as surrendering a car title. When you try to sell a mobile home and not the property you need to check to see if your title was retired for the mobile home. Then you have to go through a title search company to reinstate that title so you can sell the mobile home. I went with this group based on a few suggestions that they can handle this. Unfortunately, they ask for all the money upfront, wait a week for the check to clear before they start any work. They can’t tell you who they use and can’t tell you when you will receive anything.
