Bad service
This is an excellent company. Nicolas was professional. He did a thorough evaluation of my home and determined it required leveling. He made the corrections and kept me informed of everything he found. He even fixed the steps on my porch so I wouldn't fall! Very impressed by this company and the owner. I'd give him 25 stars!!
Nick and his team did an excellent job fulfilling the foundation engineer's requirements of attaching our home's floor to the foundation to resist lateral forces, in addition to insulating the foundation and replacing rusted piers!
To start, Mobile Home Specialist was the only company to return my call. Nicholas was pleasant and easy to work with. Did an excellent job. His crew was quick and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use Mobile Home Specialist again and I highly recommend them.
