Placed an order for a storm door and associated hardware. Was told the next day of a 4 week backorder status. Called 7 weeks after order date to be advised would be another 8 weeks. Customer service agent hung up on me when I asked for a refund, but fortunately show it was refunded back via my card issuer.
I ordered a door 8/18 under the based on advertised 2-3 day shipping time. Oh, we have to back order your door, it will be 4 weeks. On 10/1, I threatened to cancel my order and they cancelled it on me. They aren't who they advertise to be.
Worst company I’ve ever done business with in my entire life. Purchased over $800 worth items 5/25. Received damaged 6/23... so we refused the order and was ALL sent back (receipts to show). Then was sent a partial order arriving 7/22. Contacted to ask where the rest of the order was only to be told they had already gave it to us and their receipt shows we only returned one box and lied saying they spoke with us on the phone to confirm. 100% false.
