RecommendedI have been renting from Dwayne for 9 years and I think him and his mother are amazing!! They have always fixed what ever goes wrong with my place in a timely manner. Keep your place clean ,mowed and pay your rent on time and all is good. I will live here and rent from them as long as I live in meade county.
it's ran by shady people who charge u $100 just to run credit bg check then $600 rent $600deposit just to threaten you with eviction a month later just so they can keep your money , not up to code , and any maintence is done by any means possible to save them any money
