I've been waiting 2 months for Crystal to do her job. She is rude, just quits responding, doesn't answer the phone or call you back. The first home i picked got sold, hmm. I've picked another but moving on now. I'm not letting her hold me up any longer. If we could have just done our job. She'll say it's 21st mortgage or me, but us involved know the truth. Paul is very informative on everything. Actually went back twice to speak with him. Looking forward to working with him in February as I am selling our house in Mass
Paul and Crystal explained to home delivery and set up process to the fullest, They gave us realistic expectations as far as how long the process would take so we had no surprises there! We had a few small bumps in the road that weren't their fault or mine, contractor bumps, but i feel like that is to be expected with new home!! Also, Crystal always responds very quickly to email, I really liked that I could get all of my questions answered ASAP!
I had a great experience with Crystal and Paul. They are super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me through everything I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!
