This guy is an angel! When no one else from Vermont to Connecticut would even talk to me about a leak in my Mercedes Sprinter van roof or a solar battery electrical problem, he was totally willing and had all the answers I needed. He shared a bunch of electrical knowledge with me, identified the problem, and fixed it in minutes. And he didn’t charge much for it either.
Undependable and quality of work has gone downhill. We bought a stove exhaust fan and had them install it was put in lopsided and uneven. Screws threw cupboard shelves. Needed Tom to fix toilet. He told us would be here in 2 hours. 4 and a half hours later I called and he said oh, I thought you were gonna go get a new one, no; you told us you'd bring a new one and be here, OK give me an hour. 1 hour later calls and says can't do it cause I don't have help!
