This store is a total scam. We bought a Fiberglass staircase and were told for over six months the railings would be in soon. The railings never came in and were obviously discontinued. The sales person should have been honest upfront and told us the truth. So now we stuck with a staircase we can't use that is unsafe due to no railings and prefabrication of staircase. Shop elsewhere so you don't get scammed like we did.
