Great service. They had what we needed, just not the know how to fix it when we got home .. lol
Visited store to shop for windows. The windows we needed were special order. When asked about installation, Missy said that Scott installs all their windows. She gave us his business card. She suggested we have Scott measure our windows before ordering. We did. After Scott measured we paid in full for windows to be ordered. Scott installed our windows. Installation experience was unbelievabley BAD. Big gaps on the outside which will invite leaks. He broke trim inside that was mended crooked. Too long nails used on trim insid... read more
