I just went to purchase an exterior door. The service and the prices were less then satisfactory. One of the sales man there talked down on the door I was looking to purchase to try to sell at more expensive door that was out of my budget. If the product is that bad why are you selling it? I was looking for something comparable to what I currently have and his tone was so Condescending I left. We bought an exterior door from them for $450. It lasted 1 year and 2 months when the bottom in both sides started bubbling. When we confronted them with the issue we were told tough luck.

I've tried to buy here twice. Both times, I called to check on the price and availability of the item I needed. Both times, when I got there to get the item, the price had increased $20 - $40. In one day. I'm done.
