The gentleman , and I use that term loosely, Who helped me today, the guy with gray hair and the mustache was the most unhappy unfriendly unhelpful person I’ve ever met in a retail setting of my 61 years! I think this guy doesn’t like to deal with women or something because he was just flat out nasty and did not want to help me. I went in this shop once and asked for a product and the guy was rude and miserable.  I decided maybe he was having a bad day so I would try them again and let’s just say got the same treatment.  I called asking for a check valve and the guy on the phone was miserable and just plain rude. I asked for suggestions and his response and tone was just horrible.  Stay away from this place.. go else where.

Very disappointed in the manager of this store Josh. On 3/15 I paid545.68, extra 50.00 for them to go pick up windows in palm bay in which he called to see if they were there, while I was waiting. Palm Bay had these windows on March 15 , tells me he”ll have them in the beginning of the next week it would be a 50 dollar charge, he needed to have someone go get them I stopped in on the 3/20 asked if they got them , one guy said yeah I thought I picked them up . I bought a front door $800 in a few months skin was bubbling it happens!!! However know I've been waiting over 6 months for a replacement 1 excuss after another this would be the cocoa location.buyers beware!!!!!!!shady products.zero stars
