This company is a joke. If I were a seller that had hired this company to sell my property I'd be suing for breach of contract because they are sure not trying to sell anything. As a buyer, I had to contact them several times leaving messages. Since my messages were never returned I drove there in person only to be told by Dave that Greg handles Jefferson County and he had no idea what was actually for sale. I agree with the Google user that posted the experience she had. Greg is unprofessional and rude. He never returned phone calls, and when he did it was only after I had called the main number for the business and talked to Dave. I realize that the mobile home that was bought for me was bought as is but I think there were some things that we could have been given a heads up on what was wrong inside. For someone that sells property you would want to make sure that the outside was cleaned up none of which was done. If I hadn't ... read more
