nothing but delays. a 2 month job, that started in june 04, was told in december when we still havent recieved the van that it would be 4-6 more months. told in february 05 that it will be 6 to 8 MORE months.. they seem to forget that this is the only transportation for a disabled person. And they dont want to talk to their customers until they call you.. In other words, dont you call them!.. unfortunatly resources are limited, but taking out of state might speed up process
