I drove all the way to San Mateo for a physical I was told I could get earlier this week, only to be turned away because there was no physician or nurse practitioner available. Why have a mobile clinic if you don’t have the proper staff or resources to actually help people? Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
They stop accepting patients well before “closing time” even for simple services. Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer. I live in an underserved part of the community and drove 45 min to get here, arrived 25min before closing for a simple TB skin test, was ignored when knocking, then when I made eye contact through the window they came and told me to look at the schedule.
