Took classes with Tanya it was cathartic and helped with my pain management flexibility and strength. The yin yoga class specifically helped promote Extreme relaxation deep restoration and improved my mobility .

Tanya developed a 7-week program to work with my high school soccer team during our preseason preparation. Her Yin Yoga instruction was exceptional. The long hold positions of this type of yoga opened areas long restricted with overuse. Her teachings allowed my players to develop deeper mind-body connections. I had the pleasure of doing Yin yoga with Tanya at Mobile Healing Yoga. The experience was great! I felt guided through an experience that brought relaxation, ease and flow to my body. She listened to what I said were my pain points and where I needed work and made the experience mindful and productive. She talked me through different poses that stretched and opened my body.
